Belnaleck 2-13 v Derrygonnelly 2-13
This game ebbed and flowed with both sides taking the lead throughout a lively 60 minutes of football.
Belnaleck led early on as a Kane Connor goal pushed the home side 1-4 to 0-1 ahead, Derrygonnelly came back though and goals from Dara Burns and Rory Smyth moved Derrygonnelly into the lead.
Both teams hit some fine scores with Garvan Quigley showing his class from 2 pointers, while Derrygonnelly goalkeeper Jack Kelly came forward to hit 0-3.
Dan O’Connor and Rory Joe Duffy hit neat scores in the second half, while Belnaleck hit 1-2 in a minute via Eamon Greene (Goal) and Dan O’Connor (2 Pointer) to move ahead, 2-12 to 2-10.
Derrygonnelly responded with scores from Jack Kelly, Leigh Jones and Ronan McGovern, however Bryan Owens hit an equalising score 3 minutes into additional time to send both sides home with a share of the spoils.
Irvinestown 0-6 v Erne Gaels 4-14
Erne Gaels put on the scoreline of the night to move up to joint 2nd as goals from Eamon Og Magee, Ryan Lyons, Tommy McCaffrey and Ryan Lyons again was enough to give the Belleek men a huge 20-point victory.
Erne Gaels also had scores from Barry McCann, Ryan Lyons, Jack McCann, Seamus Ryder, Brian Mullin and Fergal Deery.
Irvinestown six points came from Ronan Ormsby (2), Gary Maguire, John Doonan, Barry Goodwin and James Hanna.
Teemore 2-18 v Devenish 1-15
Teemore stay in joint second place with a six-point victory over Devenish who have now only picked up 1 point in the last 4 games.
A high scoring first half seen the home side leading at the break, 2-11 to 1-6. Teemore goals coming from Jamie Hughes and a penalty from Eoin McManus. While further Shamrock points were supplied via Eoin McManus and Cian McManus with two pointers and further points from Cahir Drumm and Oisin Donohoe.
Devenish hit 1-6 in the opening half with a goal from Jason Love and points from Jason Love, Taidgh O’Brien, Jamie Flanagan, Thomas Treacy and Malachy O’Flanagan.
Teemore stretched ahead at the start of the second half as Eoin McManus hit a two pointer, but Devenish replied as points from Terry O’Flanagan, Dan McGovern, Jason Love and Aaron Doherty brought the away side right back into the contest.
Teemore though finished the better and had points from Aaron McManus and Ruairi Maguire.
Crust & Crumb SFL Division 2
(Wednesday) Belcoo 2-10 v Lisnaskea 1-15
Something had to give on Wednesday evening for two sides both pointless and it was Lisnaskea who finished the better to claim a first win of the season.
Belcoo are still searching for a victory, and they started brilliantly to lead 2-6 to 0-4 after 20 minutes thanks to Patrick Boylan hitting two goals.
Lisnaskea however came back into the game, and Mark Little hit a goal, while Damian Og Kelly, Hayde Lynch, Niall Keenan and Ronan Prunty were all on target as the Emmett’s secured a two-point victory.
Ederney 0-15 v Newtownbutler 1-11
Ederney moved to the joint top of Division 2 after a hard-earned victory over Newtownbutler.
Paul McCusker and Shea Deazley hit 0-4 apiece for the winners in a hard working and spirited Ederney performance.
Ederney always held the lead and by half time it was 0-8 to 0-6.
Newtownbutler hit first half points via Daire Chapman (2), Conor Casey, Jason Flanagan, Ger O’Keefe and Jamie McCaffrey.
Chapman and O’Keefe kept Newtownbutler on the tails of Ederney throughout the second half, but Ederney had done enough with McCusker and Deazley most prominent.
Dara Leonard hit a Newtownbutler goal right at the end on 62 minutes, but Newtownbutler ran out of time in search of an equaliser.
Kinawley 2-20 v Belcoo 0-6
Kinawley came through with 20 points to spare against pointless Belcoo on Friday evening.
Goals from Ciaran Breen and Caolan Brennan gave the Brian Borus a commanding lead, while points came throughout with Tomas Cathcart and Dara Cathcart scoring prominently.
Roslea 2-11 v Lisnaskea 1-11
Conor Mulligan hit 1-6 as Roslea secured an important win over Lisnaskea at Shamrock Park.
Mulligan would hit 3 x 2 pointers in the opening half, while Niall Flynn hit the home side’s goal to give them a 1-8 to 0-5 interval lead.
Lisnaskea had points coming from Sean Keenan, Niall Keenan, Hayde Lynch, Darragh McCabe, Ronan Prunty (who also hit a goal) and Calum MacInnes.
Conor Mulligan hit a goal on 53 minutes while Conor Quigley showed all his experience late on to send his team to an important home victory.
Crust & Crumb SFL Division 3
Brookeborough 1-5 v Maguiresbridge 0-12
Maguiresbridge made it a second win in a row as they got the better of neighbours Brookeborough.
Ryan Hannigan was sensational once again as he hit 0-4 in the opening half along with scores from Carson, O’Connor, Nolan and St Ledger to give them a 0-2 to 0-8 interval lead.
Ryan Hannigan hit two more scores in the second half, while St Ledger and O’Connor added singles.
St Patricks Donagh 3-16 v Tempo 0-11
The top two clashed in Division 3 and it was the home side who came out the better with a 11-point success.
St Patricks led at the break, 2-8 to 0-7 thanks to goals from Daire Treacy and Brian McDermott, while Tempo had scores from Eunan McCann and Aidan Breen.
Tempo had further scores in the second half thanks to Dara McCaffrey and Niall Fee, however St Patricks always held enough in reserve and take two important points in a tight looking Division 3.
Derrylin v Coa
This game was postponed due to referee James Lewis deeming the white lines on the Derrylin playing surface were not clear enough.
