Fermanagh GAA Health & Wellbeing Committee are supporting the HSC Walk & Talk Campaign, we are encouraging you to look after your mental health by making a Walk and Talk part of your path to better mental wellbeing.
The aim of Walk and Talk 2023 is that people can create hope through action, by getting active and connecting with the people around them – two of the main themes of Take 5 Steps to Wellbeing.
Why not take part in a Walk & Talk at your local GAA pitch or within your local community. Do join us today at half time for a Walk & Talk around the pitch.
