A message from Ulster GAA regarding Inter-Firms

Congratulations to CITI for proudly representing Ulster in the recent All Ireland Interfirms Junior Final.

Hopefully we will have another Ulster team in next years final.

As you can see there is a real tangible outcome in being involved in the Interfirms and from CITI’s exploits you can see that it truly is an All Ireland Competition. On that note Ulster GAA President Martin McAviney, has confirmed that the Ulster Council are fully supportive of the Interfirms Competition and have provided the administrative support to make this competition more of a success and a truly Ulster Competition.

The Ulster GAA Inter-Firms competition, for Football is now open for registration for teams ahead of the 2015 season. The Inter-Firms competition is an excellent opportunity to represent your workplace in football. The competition caters for all levels of skills and fitness. It is intended to attract as many entries as possible. With that in mind, firms should be aware that whilst this is intended to be a 15 a side competition, scope exists for smaller sided games if there is sufficient interest.

To declare your firms intention to compete, please register your team by emailing Ulster Inter Firms Secretary Gary Rocks at gr@donaghycarey.com and mobile number 07736517111.

Registration costs £300 per team which includes the Player Injury and Insurance Scheme.

Before any plans can be made or finalized, you need to declare your interest to Gary Rocks by Friday 10th April 2015. Also if you know of any other companies/organisations that may be interested in being involved in the Interfirms please pass this note on.
