The Enniskillen Gaels Minor side will appear in the St Paul’s Ulster Minor Football Club Tournament with a clash against Cavan side Crosserlough in the first of the Quarter Finals.
The Enniskillen side swept past Irvinestown in this year’s Fermanagh MFC Final with a comfortable 3-21 to 0-5 victory.
Last season seen Enniskillen win a first Fermanagh MFC crown since 1998 and the Gaels then recorded a fine victory over St Enda’s Glengormley at the Quarter Final stage of the prestigious Ulster Club Minor tournament before bowing out to a strong St Eunan’s Letterkenny side in the Semi final.
The Enniskillen team have won the St Paul’s tournament before way back in 1988 and many believe this youthful side will have nothing to fear when the tournaments starts against Crosserlough who won the Cavan Minor Championship title for the first time since 1995.
