Ó Choiste agus Ó bhaill Chumann Lúthchleas Gael Chontae Fhear Manach, is oth linn bás Gearóid Mac Giolla Ruaagus déanaimid comhbhrón lena theaghlach.
We wish to extend our deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Gerry McElroy, former joint county manager and county player. Gerry was a proud Lisnaskea Emmetts man, having played and managed his club to many titles as well as being a past Chairman of the club.
Gerry wore the Fermanagh jersey with pride for many years and caused many a problem for the opposition defence. Undoubtably, one of his and Fermanagh GAA’s greatest days was alongside his great friend Pat King RIP as the managed Fermanagh to the All Ireland ‘B’ title in 1996 and going on to win the Dr McKenna Cup a few months later.
Ar dheis lámh Dé go raibh a anam uasal.
