Fermanagh Coaching & Games Workshop:
Fitness and Conditioning with and without the ball.
Saturday 9th March
9am – 10:30 in Lissan
This will be an outdoor observation session delivered by Fermanagh Athletic Development Coach Eoin Bradley. Targeting Youth & Adult Club Coaches, male & female.
Eoin will work with the U15 Academy squad focusing on;
Warm-up & band work
Conditioning with and without the ball
Tailoring your session to cater for a 4year age group at youth level.
Concluding with an opportunity for Question & Answers.
This is a free workshop.
