Football Development Coordinator

 

The opportunity exists for the employment of a full time Football Development Coordinator in County Fermanagh to assist with the implementation of a focused development programme in the schools and clubs of the County.

 

The person will:

  • Contribute to the continued improvement of coaching standards within the county.

 

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

 

  • Be a dynamic self-starter with a proven ability to work independently.
  • A minimum of 2 years professional experience in a similar role, including experience of coaching and course delivery.
  • GAA Coaching Award level 1
  • The ability to establish strong effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  • A high level of proven organisational ability.
  • Good communication, administrative and IT skills.
  • Experience of working as a team member.
  • Experience, either in a paid or voluntary capacity, of managing people.
  • Full clean driving licence and own transport.

Athletic Development Coach

 

The opportunity exists for the employment of a full time Athletic Development Coach

in  County Fermanagh to assist with the implementation of a focused development programme in the schools and clubs of the County.

 

The person will:

  • Link their work with the Football Development Coordinator to continue to improve coaching standards.

 

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

 

  1. Ideal candidates will be UKSCA accredited or able to show evidence of completion within 6 months, or hold a relevant degree in Strength and Conditioning/Sports Science.
  2. Be a dynamic self-starter with a proven ability to work independently.
  3. A minimum of 2 years professional experience in a similar role, including experience of coaching and course delivery.
  4. The ability to establish strong effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  5. A high level of proven organisational ability.
  6. Good administrative and IT skills.
  7. Full clean driving licence and own transport.
