Football Development Coordinator
The opportunity exists for the employment of a full time Football Development Coordinator in County Fermanagh to assist with the implementation of a focused development programme in the schools and clubs of the County.
The person will:
- Contribute to the continued improvement of coaching standards within the county.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Be a dynamic self-starter with a proven ability to work independently.
- A minimum of 2 years professional experience in a similar role, including experience of coaching and course delivery.
- GAA Coaching Award level 1
- The ability to establish strong effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- A high level of proven organisational ability.
- Good communication, administrative and IT skills.
- Experience of working as a team member.
- Experience, either in a paid or voluntary capacity, of managing people.
- Full clean driving licence and own transport.

Athletic Development Coach
The opportunity exists for the employment of a full time Athletic Development Coach
in County Fermanagh to assist with the implementation of a focused development programme in the schools and clubs of the County.
The person will:
- Link their work with the Football Development Coordinator to continue to improve coaching standards.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Ideal candidates will be UKSCA accredited or able to show evidence of completion within 6 months, or hold a relevant degree in Strength and Conditioning/Sports Science.
- Be a dynamic self-starter with a proven ability to work independently.
- A minimum of 2 years professional experience in a similar role, including experience of coaching and course delivery.
- The ability to establish strong effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- A high level of proven organisational ability.
- Good administrative and IT skills.
- Full clean driving licence and own transport.
