Taking Care when looking to change scheduled fixtures.

The adult fixtures programme contains a very fine balance and operates within numerous sets of constraints and parameters.

Continuity and efficient completion dates for our leagues are the healthy and positive options for all involved.

Changes in fixtures within the different leagues will be necessary from time to time but these need to be done in a way that does not effect completion dates.

When a change in fixture is being requested ……………….

The club requesting the change will firstly talk to the other club involved with the aim of sending on to CCC agreed alternative arrangements. CCC will then be better placed to determine the final arrangements for the re-fixture.

30 plus players
team managers
individual officials with key responsibilities
grounds personnel
