Club and County coaches working with Ladies Football and Camogie teams in the Fermanagh, Tyrone, Cavan, Monaghan region are invited to attend a free workshop on ‘Coaching The Female Player’ in the Donn Carragh hotel, Lisnaskea next wednesday 17th Feb from 7pm-9pm. The workshop will look at areas of nutrition, basis S&C, injuries & prevention, management styles, rules & ethics.
