The Fermanagh Coaching Review aims to comprehensively evaluate and enhance the current coaching and games strategy within Fermanagh GAA by gathering detailed insights from coaches, players, parents, and teachers.

Objectives:
- Identify Strengths and Weaknesses: Assess the current coaching practices and methodologies. Identify successful strategies and areas needing improvement
- Stakeholder Satisfaction: Measure the satisfaction levels of players, coaches, parents, and teachers with the current coaching and games strategy. Understand specific concerns and suggestions from each stakeholder group.
- Training and Development Needs: Determine the training and development needs of coaches. Identify gaps in the existing training programs and resources.
- Player Development: Evaluate the effectiveness of current coaching in terms of player development and performance. Gather feedback on player experiences and development opportunities.
- Parental and Educational Support: Assess the role and impact of parental and educational support on player development. Gather insights on how to better involve and support parents and teachers in the coaching process.
- Future Strategy Formation: Collect data to inform the next phase of the coaching strategy. Develop actionable recommendations for future coaching and games strategies based on robust research findings.
- Inclusivity and Accessibility: Ensure the coaching programs are inclusive and accessible to all participants. Identify any barriers to participation and suggest ways to overcome them.
- Feedback Mechanisms: Establish ongoing feedback mechanisms to continually improve coaching practices. Create a framework for regular review and adaptation of the coaching strategy.
