For my final year research project I am investigating P.E. teachers’ and parents’ knowledge of sports-related concussion. I hope the results may potentially be used to base further research on and to advocate for concussion education and awareness initiatives.
All parents who have a child (under 18) that play a sport are eligible to participate.

The majority of the questions in the survey are a tick-box type style and may take approximately 15 minutes to complete in total. The survey is anonymous and all responses are confidential.
