Fermanagh County Board recently donated a set of Jerseys to Allianz Cumann na mBunscol Fermanagh for use during the half time game in this year’s Ulster Senior Football Championship. The primary school half time game has become a traditional fixture at Ulster Championship matches and affords the stars of tomorrow the opportunity to play on the big stage. Tom Boyle from County Board said that they were delighted to support the local primary schools organisation. “The County Board is dedicated to supporting Fermanagh teams in a positive, constructive way and the Primary schools team is the first opportunity for players to put on the county jersey so we are very pleased to support Allianz Cumann na mBunscol Fermanagh and would compliment them on their work in promoting Gaelic Games throughout the primary schools of the county.”

Fergal McCann Chairman of Allianz Cumann na mBunscol Fermanagh offered his thanks to the County Board for their support and praised them for their foresight in helping the GAA stars of the future in Fermanagh. He thanked John Prunty and Liam Magee for organising the initiative and wished the three Fermanagh teams who will play in Brewster Park on Sunday well.
