BEST TRAINER WITHIN THE SQUAD – Anthony McGuinness. Never misses training & keeps himself in great shape. I wouldn’t be surprised if he is still playing when he is 40.
WORST TRAINER WITHIN THE SQUAD – Ruairi Doherty. Any talk of tough training & he is in the gym doing rehab work.
