The Annual Convention of Fermanagh G.A.A. clubs will be held via Microsoft Teams, on Monday 14th December 2020 commencing at 7.30pm.
I enclose a copy of the Convention book which includes
1- Secretary Report
2- Clar
3- nominations and motions
4-Sub Committee Reports. (Rule 3.15 Official Guide 2020 refers).
Please make sure that the Convention book passed on to your delegates as soon as possible.
Note- The rule governing those entitled to attend County Convention is set out in rule 3.10 (Official Guide 2020).
Reminder- My email to club secretaries yesterday in respect of the names of your club delegates-‘In order to facilitate the smooth running of convention I need to issue an invitation to each delegate to join the Microsoft Teams meeting therefore can you please forward me the names of your club delegates and their email address by Thursday 10th December.’
