U-16 Buncrana Cup

April 30th, 2016 | County

Fermanagh Under-16’s played in the Buncrana Cup against Tyrone and Donegal today. It really was the ‘Group of Death’ but the Fermanagh players knuckled down and worked hard throughout both games. Although it was two defeats the Erne players will learn alot from today’s games and in fairness, the whole team competed excellently well. Fermanagh football is going through a barren spell at the moment with continuous defeats in Ulster Minor and Under-21 Championship games but with quality coaches involved and some very tidy footballers Fermanagh football could be going places yet.

Results from Ballyshannon –

Fermanagh 0-7 v Tyrone 1-7

Fermanagh 1-3 v Donegal 1-9
