Twitter has became huge for all 21 Fermanagh clubs for fixtures, results, lotto results and even the odd good luck message to a player getting married and with the social media reach it’s the Teemore club who come out on top with 1787 Twitter followers – more than any other club in Fermanagh.
Lisnaskea Emmetts are the second most-followed with 1447 Twitter users subscribing to their posts, while Enniskillen Gaels are third with 1262 followers – with Belcoo in 4th place with 1114 followers.
The numbers were taken on Wednesday March 30th 2016.
Belnaleck earned the unfortunate accolade of being the least popular Fermanagh club on the social media platform, with just 115 followers.
Sadly some clubs have not used their Twitter accounts for quite sometime with a last tweet by some clubs being September 2013 and May 2014. Lets hope this can get those clubs back tweeting again.
