St Michaels Enniskillen 4-14 v St Patricks Armagh 1-13

Tempo’s Lorcan McStravick (pictured) proved to be the hero for Dom Corrigan’s charges with a stunning 3-3 as St Michaels got their MacRory Cup campaign off to the most perfect of starts.

The game played in Eglish seen current Killyclogher manager Dom Corrigan who is having a busy but winning time at present see his St Michaels school lead 3-9 to 1-2 at half time.

The Enniskillen School led throughout this game and had first half points from Darragh McGurn, Tiarnan Bogue and the excellent Lorcan McStravick.

St Pats Armagh did raise two white flags in the first half thanks to Justin Kieran and Eoghan Toal but two goals from McStravick and a three pointer from Trillick forward James Garrity had Enniskillen well ahead before Armagh hit a late first half goal from Justin Kieran to put 13 points between them at the break.

St Pats did start the second half well with points coming from Cormac Kieran, Diarmuid Rafferty, Seamus Muldoon and James McCoy but Lorcan McStravick completed his hat-trick in the 44th minute before Darragh McGurn, Tiarnan Bogue, Conall Quinn and Ben McCann hit late Enniskillen points.

Next up for St Michaels Enniskillen is a clash with St Marys Belfast.
