Workshop: Performance analysis

This Workshop is open to all coaches, working in any code, at any grade. The Session will introduce the basics of performance analysis.
What is it? How simple can we make it? Why should we use it? And why it doesn’t cost a fortune! It will involve some quick, simple theory behind the area, an introduction to simple ways of analysing performance, and present some practical examples of effective use of PA in Gaelic games. The workshop will suit all coaches, with open questioning and participation welcome, but not essential, and will equip everyone with plenty of take home practices.
