There is an excellent lineup of workshops & speakers on the day including:

- Juliet Murphy, 8 time All Ireland winnerwith Cork
- Aoife Ní Chaiside, Slaughtneil Camogie
- Aisling Reilly, GAA Handball World Champion
- There will be workshops on:
- Mental Health Awareness
- Strength and Conditioning
- Player Retention/Post Playing involvement
- Disability Inclusion.
