All Ireland Ladies Qualifier – Fermanagh v Leitrim Preview
All Ireland TG4 Ladies Intermediate Championship Qualifier
Fermanagh v Leitrim @ Templeport, Bawnboy, County Cavan
Saturday July 30th @ 2:30pm
Referee – Declan Callaghan (Kilcar, Donegal)

Fermanagh will travel to Bawnboy on Saturday with a young squad that have had a tough season to date already.
Derrylin O’Connell’s Emmett Curry has came in and took over the side after Tyrone duo Paddy Fox and Malachy Coyle resigned during the NFL campaign that seen Fermanagh get relegated to Division 4 for 2017.
Fermanagh will look to players such as Sarah McCausland, Roisin O’Reilly and sisters Danielle and Lisa Maguire.
Fermanagh this season have badly missed Caroline and Sharon Little while a further 11 players have retired from the County set up.
Marita McDonald and Aisling Moane (pictured) will bring a wealth of experience and ability to the middle of the field, while Enniskillen Gaels attacker Lynne Carroll and Devenish’s Shauna Hamilton can get the scores for the Erne ladies.
Leitrim have already defeated Fermanagh this year in Division 3 of the NFL, 1-7 to 4-18 in Belcoo.
Leitrim were to lose the Connacht Final to neighbours Sligo but will be confident of pulling off a win here and setting up a Quarter Final clash with Kildare on August 13/14 weekends.
Aine Tighe and Michelle Heslin will be Leitrim’s main scoring attackers, while defenders Mairead Stenson, Lorraine Brennan and Anna Conlan have all been going well this season.
